Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 15 Gardiner Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map
33 , Parcel 227. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 12885 , Page 267 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Mass. for Elizabeth V. Gardiner, Gerald A. Mercer
& Co., Inc., Lot 8F dated January, 1959 , and recorded on the Plan Book 157 Page 27 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc, , dated Revised April 11, 2011, approved by the Health Department on August 8, 2011 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per Design Variance Approvals:
