Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 15 Bliscott Avenue , shown in Town Assessors Book date 2002
, Map 33 , parcel 54 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on Deed Book 1403, Page 921.
As shown on a plan of land entitled Fred M. Angus dated December 8, 1937, as plan of land is recorded on Plan Book 56 , Page 85.
The engineered plan prepared by Darren Meyer, R.S. , dated Revised April 30, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on April 30, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per septic system size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203.
