Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 15 Drews Way (northerly cottage) , shown in Town Assessors
Book date 2002 , Map 36 , parcel 82. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on Deed Book 16695, Page 97 recorded April 4, 2003.
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated February 27, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on May 15, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per lot size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214.
