Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 15 Television Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2004 , Map 14 , parcel 86 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 154941 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Land Court Plan 11781 B (Sheet 2)” dated June 22, 1948 .
The engineered plan prepared by Hunter Engineering , dated July 30, 2004, Revised September 22, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on September 22, 2004 , requires
a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203, System Sewage Flow Design Criteria
