Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 16 Braddock Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2013 , Map
34 , parcel 194 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 20100 , Page 154 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Property of George W. & Marion P. Wood, Plan of Land – South Yarmouth, Mass. as
surveyed for L. Melva Jones, Scale 1”=80’, Whitney & Bassett Architects & Engineers, Hyannis, Mass.”, Lot 150 dated October, 1941 , and recorded on the Plan Book 72 Page 51 .
The engineered plan prepared by EAS Survey, Inc. , dated February 17, 2014, approved by the Health Department on March 14, 2014 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.405 (1) (b), Maximum Feasible Compliance; Variance Granted for Setback Distance between Leach Facility and Foundation.
(b) Title 5, Section 15.405 (1) (h), Maximum Feasible Compliance; Variance Granted for Groundwater Separation between Leach Facility and Adjusted Groundwater.
