Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health for a deed restriction, 16 Hoover Road, shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2018 , Map 63 , Parcel
37. As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 177753 and Document # 1011338.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Land Court Plan 33983-B, Lot 14 and dated November 19, 1971.
The engineered plan prepared by Meyer & Sons, Inc. , dated July 30, 2018 approved by the Health Department on August 13, 2018 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions:
