NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTION

Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 16 Melva Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2016 , Map 42,
Parcel 203. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 28879 , Page 79 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Property of George W. and Marion P. Wood, Plan of Land in South Yarmouth, Mass.”
Lot 75, Easterly Half of Lot 76, Westerly 10 Feet of Lot 74 dated October, 1941, and recorded on the Plan Book 72 Page 51.
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated November 4, 2016 approved by the Health Department on November 22, 2016 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1)the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
