Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 16 Driving Tee Circle , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2003 , Map 91 , Parcel 97 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 135135 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Land Court Plan 32248-B ”.
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering , dated Revised March 15, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on May 21, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per septic system size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203.
