, Map 135 , parcel 67 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on Deed Book 9982, Page 300.
As shown on a plan of land entitled Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, MA for Jack V. & Patricia J. Drake, Scale 1”=100’ dated May, 1966, as plan of land is recorded on Plan
Book 205, Page 71.
The engineered plan prepared by Ronald Cadillac, P.L.S., R.S. , dated March 28, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on April 30, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per lot size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214. Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
