, parcel 184 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 15667 , Page 298 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in So. Yarmouth – Property of Spear Holway” dated March,1947
, and recorded on the Plan Book 77 Page 95 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering,Inc. , dated August 3, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on August 15, 2006 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria
