Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 17 Shady Rest Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map
98 , Parcel 19 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 7009 , Page 237 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Section B, Fleetwood Park, (South) Yarmouth, Mass. for Lad Investors, Inc. ” Lot
111 dated June 1964 , and recorded on the Plan Book 187 Page 31 .
The engineered plan prepared by Bass River Engineering , dated August 12, 2010 approved by the Health Department on September 7, 2010 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
