Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 18 Angus Avenue , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2012 , Map 33
, parcel 45. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 21702 , Page 285 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Mass. for Richard Kelly”, Lots 40 & 40B dated October
17, 1972, and recorded on the Plan Book 264 Page 19 .
The engineered plan prepared by David B. Mason, R.S. , dated Revised August 18, 2012, approved by the Health Department on August 18, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.405 (1) (b) & (h), Maximum Feasible Compliance; Variance Granted for Separation between Leach Facility and Septic Tank to Foundation; Variance Granted to Reduction
of Full Groundwater Adjustment.
(b) Title 5, Section 15.203 (2), Sewage Flow Design Criteria: System Capacity designed for a Maximum Two Bedrooms.
