Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 18 Myrtle Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2012 , Map 105
, Parcel 2 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 26559 , Page 45 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. for Cedar Acres Realty Trust drawn by
Scott Associates Surveyors, South Dennis, Mass., Cape Cod.” Lot 9 dated June, 1966 , and recorded on the Plan Book 207 Page 55 .
The engineered plan prepared by BSC Group, Inc. , dated August 16, 2012 approved by the Health Department on August 30, 2012 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
