Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 18 Fillmore Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2002
, Map 63 , parcel 53 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 81780 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Land Court Plan 33983-B (Sheet 4) Lot 30” dated November 19,
1971 .
The engineered plan prepared by Engineering Works , dated November 24, 2003 , approved by the Health Department on December 31, 2003 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203 and 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
