62 , parcel 23 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 175958 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Subdivision of Part of Lot 1 Shown on Plan 25823A dated July
26, 1967 .
The engineered plan prepared by Bennett & O’Reilly, Inc. , dated May 15, 2003, Revised March 17, 2005 , approved by the Health Department on April 19, 2005 , requires a
maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) with the installation of an Amphidrome Reactor per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
