Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 19 Bunting Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2005
, Map 86 , parcel 234 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 12218 , Page 012 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts as surveyed for Cape Realty Trust”
dated March, 1971 , and recorded on the Plan Book 246 , Page 142 .
The engineered plan prepared by Moran Engineering, Inc. , dated April 10, 2006 , approved by the Health Department on May 3, 2006 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Four ( 4 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
