As shown on a plan of land recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the plan of land entitled Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts as Prepared for Edward
L. Sheehan, Jr. , dated September 18, 2000 . Old plan of record, Lot #254 , Plan Book #20 , Page #15 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated September 19, 2000 , approved by the Health Department on October 2, 2000 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
