88 , Parcel 143 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 22067 , Page 230 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Fleetwood Park in South Yarmouth, Mass. for Interstate Realty Trust” Lot 5 dated
June, 1962 , and recorded on the Plan Book 172 Page 1 .
The engineered plan prepared by Bennett Environmental Associates, Inc. , dated July 19, 2010 approved by the Health Department on July 22, 2010 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
