To the Yarmouth Board of Appeals
As a homeowner on Little Dipper Lane, I appreciate that all the houses fit into the neighborhood.
This new proposed construction blows that to bits. It's too big for the area and would ruin the small town feel of
Little Dipper Lane.
In particular, I'm concerned that the beautiful large trees on that property would be adversely affected.
Also, the fact that there are five bathrooms in the plan indicates that they plan on Large numbers of people
inhabiting the property at any given moment.
It's too much. It should not happen.
I oppose this construction plan.
