Dear Zoning Board Members,
Based on the information in the Applicant's application we are very
concerned:
1. about the large volume of the building,
2. a 35 foot height would be:
a. detrimental to the neighborhood, and
b. would take away the character of the neighborhood, and
c. it would take away the privacy of the neighborhood with highly
placed windows and decks.
Please do not approve the applicant's request.
