BOARD OF APPEALS
My name is Mary Spellman, and I reside at 32 Little Dipper Lane,
directly abutting the western side of 28 Little Dipper Lane.
I am 93 years old, live year-round, and live alone.
Pat Muldoon has been a very good friend of mine for the past 50+ years
and I cherish her friendship.
However, as much as I love Pat, I cannot agree with the plan that her
son is proposing.
It is far too big for the neighborhood, and I do not want a large rental
house as a next -door neighbor. I also do not want the privacy of my
back yard and porch violated by high windows and roof decks.
I am not looking forward to construction for 12 months, and I will miss
Pat because she has decided to leave.
