At its May 7th, May 21st, June 4th, June 18th, and July 2nd, 2026, hearings, the Conservation
Commission heard a Notice of Intent for the proposed demolition of abandoned retail store
and replacement with three residential buildings in LSCSF, riverfront area, and buffer zone
to a coastal bank. The Commission issued an Order of Conditions for this project under file
number SE83-2531 on July 7th, 2026. The approved plans titled 703 Route 28
Redevelopment, 703 Route 28 South Yarmouth, MA (10 Sheets) and Invasive Species
Management Plan were last revised on June 10th, 2026 and Stormwater Report was last
revised on December 22nd 2025.
