HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE 26 Glenwood Street COC ineligibleHello, This project is currently ineligible for a Certificate of Compliance. To fulfill special condition #21 on the Order of Conditions, the mitigation plants must have been in place for two growing seasons. Please provide the planting date. They appear to have been installed sometime this summer. A signed statement from an Engineer or similar professional who prepared the approved plan stating the date of a recent site inspection and certifying compliance with the permit and outlining departures from the approved plan, if any exist, is required along with the fee to accompany the future Coc request. The as-built plan must meet our as-built plan requirements available on the website, including the outline of the mitigation area. The property is not yet in compliance. Please address the following: -Plantings must conform to spacing in Barnstable county list (link). Current coverage is insufficient -The mitigation areas don’t match the approved areas within the property bounds. -Confirm 18" posts are in place to demarcate the property line and indicated on the as-built -Automatic in ground irrigation is prohibited within the 50' buffer -The mitigation area must be allowed to naturalize, so boats and the kayak rack must be relocated Please let us know if you have any questions.
