I understand the gentleman wants to build a huge house for his intentions to rent, and I failed that the house is overwhelming to
the neighborhood.
I think it is intentions are to use it to rent and nothing else. The Douse does not fit in the neighborhood
all the houses in the neighborhood are Cape homes
not something three stories high
it'll be detrimental to the neighborhood if he continues with this project
