Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 21 Appleby Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2009 , Map 32
, parcel 151 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 10103 , Page 70 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Appleby Village, West Yarmouth Property of Hudson R. and Eola R. Appleby”, Lot 12
dated August, 1945 , and recorded on the Plan Book 71 Page 117 .
The engineered plan prepared by Labus Engineering, Inc. , dated Revised April 12, 2009, approved by the Health Department on April 14, 2009 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria
