Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health for a deed restriction, to 21 Spinning Brook Road Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map 58 , parcel
194. As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 66008 and Document # 202060.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Land Court Plan Plan 30561-B, Lot 230 and dated November 2, 1964.
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated Rev. March 23, 2011 , approved by the Health Department on April 27, 2011 , requires:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
