Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health for a deed restriction, 21 Taft Road, shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2018 , Map 58 , Parcel
64. As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 205308 and Document # 1261071.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Plan 33984-A, Sheet 2, Lot 5 and dated December 29, 1965.
The engineered plan prepared by Stephen A. Haas Engineering , dated April 16, 2018 approved by the Health Department on April 30, 2018 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions:
