Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 21 Yankee Drive , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2012 , Map 87
, Parcel 143 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 27207 , Page 226 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Lane in South Yarmouth, Mass. For Moriarty Construction Co.,
Scale 1” = 60’, Barnstable Survey Consultants, Inc., West Yarmouth, Mass.” Lot 4 dated March 29, 1972 , and recorded on the Plan Book 258 Page 81.
The engineered plan prepared by Ronald J. Cadillac, PLS, RS, PC , dated April 5, 2013 approved by the Health Department on April 8, 2013 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
