Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 22 Highland Street , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2007 , Map
28 , parcel 120 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 19910 , Page 166 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Lots at Hyannis Park, Hyannis Park Land Company, Brockton, Mass.” dated
December, 1892 , and recorded on the Plan Book 26 Page 105 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated Revised November 17, 2005 , approved by the Health Department on November 7, 2005 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Three ( 3 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.211, Sewage Flow Design Criteria,
and Town of Yarmouth Amendments Section 3.7
(2) An Ultraviolet Light and an Innovative/Alternative septic component for additional sewage treatment to be installed and maintained per DEP approval requirements.
