, Map 67 , parcel 83 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 2122 , Page 342 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plashes Pond Village” dated February, 1968 , and recorded on the Plan Book 221
, Page 5 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated August 3, 2005 , approved by the Health Department on August 16, 2005 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203, System Sewage Flow Design Criteria.
