NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTION

Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 23 Cogswell Path , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2016 , Map 76,
Parcel 92. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 15751 , Page 304 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Mass. for James F. Ruhan et al.” Lot
202 dated March 11, 1970, and recorded on the Plan Book 237 Page 143.
The engineered plan prepared by Moore Surveying , dated July 7, 2016 approved by the Health Department on July 22, 2016 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
