Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 23 Washington Avenue , shown in Town Assessors Book dated
2003 , Map 63 , parcel 9 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 146039 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivison Plan of Land in Yarmouth: # 25823-D” dated October,
1963 .
The engineered plan prepared by BSC Group, Inc. , dated July 26, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on August 20, 2004 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
