Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 24 Captain Dore Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2014 , Map
67 , Parcel 178 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 13202 , Page 121 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of a portion of “Captains Village”, South Yarmouth ”, Lot 375
dated December 17, 1970, and recorded on the Plan Book 249 Page 111.
The engineered plan prepared by Ronald J. Cadillac, PLS, RS, P.C. , dated June 19, 2014 approved by the Health Department on July 9, 2014 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
