Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 24 Independence Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 ,
Map 86 , Parcel 104 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 12372 , Page 73 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Mass. for James F. Ruhan et al.”, Boston
Survey Consultants, Inc., Lot 218 dated March 11, 1970 , and recorded on the Plan Book 237 Page 143 .
The engineered plan prepared by Eagle Surveying, Inc. , dated Revised January 25, 2011 approved by the Health Department on January 27, 2011 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
