114. As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 178696 and Document # 1020367.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Plan 28477-B, Lot 26, Subdivision Plan by Gerald A. Mercer & Co.,
Engineers and dated March, 1960.
The engineered plan prepared by Eco-Tech Rapid Response , dated June 11, 2014 approved by the Health Department on August 18, 2014 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 )
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
