NOTICE OF DEED RESTRICTION

Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 24 Trowbridge Path , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2016 , Map
86, Parcel 161. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 10574 , Page 35 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Mass. for James F. Ruhan et ali” Lot
67 dated March, 1968, and recorded on the Plan Book 220 Page 149.
The engineered plan prepared by Moran Engineering Associates, LLC , dated June 2, 2016 approved by the Health Department on June 17, 2016 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
