Dear ZBA Members,
The Muldoon project is not proper for this neighborhood. My mother
has lived there for many years. I have been fortunate to have access for
over 73 years. This project is being done as a speculative monetary
endeavor. Another Airbnb? The size of this project is absolutely
ridiculous. It'll ruin the quaintness of this tiny piece of the Cape called
Little Dipper Lane. Mr. Muldoon has no consideration for the neighbors
or his mother. Pat is a lovely lady and would be totally inconvenienced
for the next year to year and a half. I think that's disgusting. Please
rethink this project. A renovation is probably necessary, but to put up
this five bathroom monstrosity is totally out of character for the
neighborhood.
