294. As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate # 145290 and Document # 700584.
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Land Court Plan 17149 F Sheet 2, Lot 44 and dated November 21,
1957.
The engineered plan prepared by Donald W. Moncevicz, P.E. , dated November 4, 2011 , approved by the Health Department on December 6, 2011 , requires a maximum, not to
exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
- Title 5, Section 15.002, Bedroom Definition; Variance Granted for Two Bedroom Septic Design;
- Title 5, Section 15.405 (1) (h), Maximum Feasible Compliance; Variance Granted for Groundwater Separation between Leach Facility and Adjusted Groundwater.
