, parcel 44 . As Deed is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on the Deed Certificate 107464 .
As plan of land is recorded in the Land Court at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on a subdivision plan titled Subdivision Plan dated November 19, 1971 drawn by Robert G. McGLone,
Plan 33983-B, Sheet 4, Lot 26.
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated June 29, 2007 , approved by the Health Department on July 9, 2007 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ),
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
