Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 25 Mockingbird Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 , Map
76 , Parcel 182 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 12876 , Page 255 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Plan of Land in West Yarmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, Crowell & Taylor,
Corp.” Lot 87 dated March 15, 1971 , and recorded on the Plan Book 249 Page 142 .
The engineered plan prepared by Engineering Works, Inc. , dated July 7, 2010 approved by the Health Department on July 26, 2010 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
