Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 26 Salt Marsh Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2009 , Map
17 , parcel 112 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 3677 , Page 326 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled Amendment of Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth Known as Pine Haven, Lot 3B
dated August, 1949 , and recorded on the Plan Book 88 Page 89 .
The engineered plan prepared by Moran Engineering, Inc. , dated Revised January 12, 2010, approved by the Health Department on January 14, 2010 , requires a maximum, not
to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
Title 5, Section 15.405 (1) (h), Maximum Feasible Compliance; Variance Granted for Groundwater Separation between Leach Facility and Adjusted Groundwater.
