Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 27 Circuit Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2008 , Map 49
, parcel 261 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 7322 , Page 39 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Re-subdivision Plan of Lots in Swan Lake Shores in Yarmouth, MA for Alvin R. Goliff”
dated September, 1959, and recorded on the Plan Book 153 Page 85 .
The engineered plan prepared by Stephen Doyle and Associates , dated July 20, 2008, Revised September 3, 2008 , approved by the Health Department on September 5, 2008 ,
requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.203, Sewage Flow Design Criteria
