, Parcel 70 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 28437 , Page 274 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subivision of Lane in Yarmouth, Mass. Owned by Isabelle T. Unaitis of Greenfield,
Mass, and Edith Johnson of Taunton, Mass.”, Lot 7 dated December, 1962, and recorded on the Plan Book 177 Page 71.
The engineered plan prepared by Dan A. Speakman Construction , dated Revised November 27, 2014 approved by the Health Department on December 3, 2014 , requires a maximum,
not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
