Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 28 Arthur Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2009 , Map 114
, Parcel 65. As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 4030 , Page 300 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision of Land in Yarmouth, Mass. for Edward J. Thoms ”, Lot 39 dated August
12, 1970 , and recorded on the Plan Book 241 Page 109 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated September 24, 2009, Revised December 4, 2009, approved by the Health Department on December 10, 2009 , requires
a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
