Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 28 Flicker Lane , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2009 , Map 086
, parcel 222 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 15362 , Page 75 .
Property shown as Lot 101 on plan of land entitled “Subdivision Plan of land in West Yarmouth, As surveyed for and Designed for Cape Realty Trust by Crowell & Taylor Corp., Dennis,
MA, Scale 1”=100’, March 1971” and duly recorded in the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 246, Page 142.
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated November 05, 2009 , approved by the Health Department on December 3, 2009 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
