Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 29 Colburne Path , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2004
, Map 86 , parcel 196 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 9282 , Page 292 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Land in West Yarmouth for James F. Ruhan et al” Lot 13 dated
March, 1968 , and recorded on the Plan Book 220 , Page 149 .
The engineered plan prepared by Darren M. Meyer, R.S. , dated November 17, 2004 , approved by the Health Department on January 3, 2005 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per design restrictions, Title V, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations,
Zone II Areas of Wellhead Contribution.
