Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Department for a deed restriction, to 30 Highland Street , shown in Town Assessors Book date 2000,
Map 28 , parcel # 118 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book #1516 , Page 892 .
As shown on a plan of land entitled Hyannis Park situated in Yarmouth Mass. , dated December 1892 & September 1895, as plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry
of Deeds on the Plan Book #26 , Page 103 .
The engineered plan prepared by Sweetser Engineering , dated November 18, 2000 , approved by the Health Department on March 19, 2001 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 );
per lot size restrictions, Title V, Section 15.203.
