Notice is hereby given of the applicability of the Town of Yarmouth Health Department for a deed restriction, to 31 Captain Noyes Road , shown in Town Assessors Book dated 2010 ,
Map 68 , Parcel 58 . As Deed is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, on the Deed Book 5036 , Page 336 .
As plan of land is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on a subdivision plan titled “Subdivision Plan of Captains Village”, Lot 221 dated November 10, 1965 , and recorded
on the Plan Book 199 Page 5 .
The engineered plan prepared by Down Cape Engineering, Inc. , dated April 16, 2010 , approved by the Health Department on April 27, 2010 , requires a maximum, not to exceed:
(1) the number of bedrooms not to exceed Two ( 2 ) per design restrictions,
(a) Title 5, Section 15.214, Nitrogen Loading Limitations
