Subject: Appeal #5250, September loth Meeting
I am writing, as part of the public comment process, to object to the proposed plan to raze and replace
the Muldoon property at 28 Little Dipper Lane, South Yarmouth. I am not able to attend the
September 1 Qth meeting.
My main objection to the current design replacement proposal is the large size of the building (both in
area and height), which does not match the character of the neighboring houses on Little Dipper and
Briar Circle.
The large size would also reduce privacy for the neighbors.
Little Dipper Lane is narrow and would not support excessive street parking. The large size of the
house could hold many people, and if they parked on the street in addition to the driveway, cars might
block emergency vehicles.
I respectfully ask that the proposed design be changed to better match the character of the
neighborhood.
