There is a $50 application fee, which can be paid by cash or check made to "Town of Yarmouth". This approval is vatid for
one year. This Approval does not grant any property rights or any exclusive priviteges; it does not authorize any injury to
private property or invasion of property.

Proposed Start Date:
Two trees may be removed and a path to access the property maintained. Two
native trees from the provided list must be planted as replacement, including at least one oak. These
replacement trees must be a minimum of 1.5" caliper and may be planted adjacent to the wetland
along the west edge of the property. Please contact Conservation once the work is completed and
